What Is Usually Included
The charter rate usually includes the rental of the yacht, standard yacht operation and maintenance, crew fees, yacht insurance and preparation of requested provisions before and during the charter.
Depending on the yacht and charter terms, inclusions may vary. Our team will always clarify the details of your selected yacht before you proceed with your booking.
What Is Usually Extra
Operational expenses are usually charged separately and may include fuel, food and drinks for guests and crew, port and marina fees, local taxes, telecommunications, delivery or redelivery fees, and any special requests or additional services.
For crewed yacht charters in Greece, these expenses are often managed through an Advance Provisioning Allowance, known as APA. The APA helps the captain and crew cover charter-related expenses during your trip and is reconciled at the end of the charter.

Before you sign your charter agreement, our team will explain the payment schedule, included services, estimated expenses and next steps. We want you to feel informed and confident before confirming your yacht charter.
After the agreement is completed, we continue with the preference sheet and final planning details, so your captain and crew can prepare your itinerary, menus, activities and onboard arrangements with care.
